Terms of Service

These terms govern the ScreenshotKit browser editor and one-time premium template-pack purchases.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Maaz bin Hassan, the owner and operator of ScreenshotKit. They apply when you access www.screenshotkit.online, use the browser-based screenshot editor, or obtain a premium template pack. By using ScreenshotKit or purchasing a pack, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service or complete a purchase.

2. Service and products

ScreenshotKit provides a browser-based design tool for creating app marketplace screenshots. The core editor does not require an account. Optional premium packs are one-time digital products: Essential includes 3 premium templates for $2 USD, Creator includes 8 for $5 USD, and Studio includes 15 for $10 USD. Higher packs include all templates in lower packs. None of these purchases is a subscription, and there is no recurring charge.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in screenshots, text, and images you use with ScreenshotKit. You are responsible for having permission to use and publish that content. ScreenshotKit does not require a licence to browser-local project content because it is not transmitted to us.

4. Template licence and intellectual property

A verified purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the included premium templates to create and publish designs for personal or commercial projects. You may modify and export your resulting designs. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or make the templates themselves available as standalone templates, source files, or a competing template library. The ScreenshotKit name, interface, template designs, and original site content remain owned by Maaz bin Hassan. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

5. Payments and Paddle

Paddle is the merchant of record and authorised reseller for premium template-pack transactions. Paddle presents the final charge, applicable taxes, payment terms, and receipt before or after you complete checkout. Your transaction is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. ScreenshotKit does not receive your full payment-card details.

6. Delivery, access, and upgrades

Purchased templates are unlocked in the browser after ScreenshotKit verifies the completed Paddle transaction. Keep the transaction ID from your Paddle receipt so you can restore access on another browser. Because there are no ScreenshotKit accounts, access depends on the verified transaction and a local browser record. Purchasing a larger pack replaces access from a smaller pack; any separate transaction is charged at the price shown in checkout and is not automatically prorated.

7. Refunds

Refund requests and statutory withdrawal rights are handled by Paddle under the ScreenshotKit Refund Policy, Paddle's policies, and applicable consumer law. If a transaction is refunded, reversed, or charged back, access to the associated pack may be revoked.

8. Acceptable use

You may use ScreenshotKit only for lawful design and publishing work. You may not violate law or another person's rights, interfere with the service, bypass purchase verification or access controls, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use automated means in a way that burdens the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights.

9. Local data and availability

Projects are stored by your browser. ScreenshotKit cannot recover local projects lost through cleared storage, private browsing, browser policies, device loss, or storage failure. Keep downloaded exports or other backups of important work. Features may change and the hosted application may occasionally be unavailable.

10. Disclaimers and liability

ScreenshotKit is provided as-is and as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing generated files against current app marketplace requirements. To the extent permitted by law, ScreenshotKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled. We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version. Questions may be opened in the ScreenshotKit support repository. Do not post receipts, transaction IDs, screenshots, or personal information in a public issue.
